3 Ingridents Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

Mutton 1 kg
Tomatoes 5 large
Green chili 10
Youghurt 2 cups (500g)
Acharimasal 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
cooking oil 200ml

                                                                                                             METHOD                                                                                       

Mix 2 tablespoons of  AcharGosht masala ( recipe given) with lemon juice and fill the green chilies.
Add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp. achargosht masala in yogurt mix and set aside.
Heat the oil add meat, prepared masala yogurt and fry for 8-10 minutes on high flam
Add 2-3 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
Add tomato puree. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes on high heat. place green chilies over the meat. 
Cover and cook on low heat until oil separates from gravy.
