ACHAR GHOST MASALA
Ingredients
Fennel Seeds 1 1/2 tbspCoriander Seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
Bay Leaf 1
Cinnamon Stick 1" 1 piece
Green Cardamom 4
Black Pepper Corn 1/2 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds 1tsp
Mustard Seeds 1tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Salt 2tsp
Black Salt 1 tsp
Dried Mango Powder 1 tsp
Dried Ginger Powder 1 tsp
All-Spice Powder 1 tsp
Nigella (Kalonji) 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
Dried Round Red Chilli (Crushed) 1 1/2 tbsp
Citric Acid (Tatri) 1/2 tsp
Method:
grind the ingredients. and store in a jar.
Note:
This masala recipe is for 2.5 -3 kg meat
